Meet the team

Career Connexion 24 (CC24) was founded by Ruth Dhliwayo and Tadiwa Karumazondo in January 2019. Ruth, a business development manager working in the rail industry and Tadiwa, a senior HR professional in health and social care sector have very interesting career journeys. Together they have always been intrigued by young people’s career stories and the motivation behind them.

 

Chiedza Zvirahwa joined the team in July 2019 to manage the social media and public relations aspects of the business.

Ruth, Tadiwa and Chiedza know first-hand some of the barriers young ethnic minority professionals face in the world of work and even getting a foot in the door and they hope to spark up conversations that promote the sucess of ethnic minorities in the workplace as well as future-profing the young generation.
