Career Connexion 24 (CC24) is a social enterprise that aims to inspire, enable and empower young people from underrepresented communities to advance their success in their professional and personal development.

We aim to achieve this by:

1. Using the platforms, where our target audience spend most of their time – social media, to provide organic real-time career advice to the community to bridge the gap between job description and real-work environment.

2. Creating a network of diverse young professionals to provide support to institutes to equip the young people of challenges and barriers one faces during their career journey so they are better equipped to succeed in the face of adversity.

3. Curating initiatives that support the development of our audience.

4. Working with employers on how they can widen access of the ethnic minorities into work and after getting in, creating inclusive environments where individuals feel the sense of belonging.

5. Collaborating with organisations aligned with our purpose to mutually benefit our audience.
