A cross-industry mentoring programme for ethnic minority professionals at all levels of their career.

Our mentoring programme provides the opportunity for a learning experience for both the mentor and mentee elevating knowledge-sharing to a practical level. Our programme is designed to last one year with an option to extend and is only available for professionals working in London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Manchester.

The programme aims to:

• Link you with someone who understands the demands of the workplace and can suggest ways in which they can make contacts and network

• Offer expertise and ideas, provide guidance and act as a critical friend

• Help you understand business-essential character traits and behaviours

• Assist with career development and enhance your personal skills

• Listen and inspire
